I would just like to bring to your attention and thank you and your team the efforts your guys went to yesterday.
We had a process change and needed some additional work carried out on top of our normal interceptor clean to help us keep in compliance with the water authority. Instead of just saying “we can’t do that” the guys came up with a solution and got the work done anyway.
I’ll be honest this was a bit of a breath of fresh air to me as most of my contractors would of just done what their job cards told them to do and left it for someone else to sort out.

'Very Successful Jetting Operation'
Your operatives have just left site after a very successful jetting operation in Rainham. There was quite a build up of cement in the channel of both foul manholes in the basement which has now been cleared.
There was also a plunger stuck in the line between the pumping chamber and the foul manhole which your operatives have removed. The line appears to be running freely now, so thank you.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with your level of service. Your gang were extremely helpful and their attitude was very positive; something which is I haven't experienced for quite a while. 'Castlebrae Saves the Day'
Danny and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work your teams have done for us to fix the problems left by the other contractors and to find the initial problem and repair that. We really were completely at the end of our tethers by the time Castlebrae came to us and the relief to see the work getting done thoroughly, efficiently and swiftly was fantastic.
It was so great to know that you had the professional know-how and great crews to get the work done. I honestly had begun to think that this problem was going to be with us forever. Yet your teams turned up with a great attitude and professional manner, simply determined to get the job done properly and professionally. You assessed the situation, repaired all the damage caused by the previous company, fixed the existing problem, tidied up the site and finished the job in less than 2 weeks, and we have been dealing with this problem since November last year!
So in other words this problem had been hanging over our heads for almost half a year! I cannot tell you how much we wish we had found your company first! Heart felt thanks once again.

'Impressive Service with friendly advice'
I was most impressed with your overall service when we used you on Friday 8th June. I called your office at Lunchtime with a non urgent request and you confirmed you would have someone with us the same afternoon. As the day progressed I received a call to confirm we would still be getting a visit even though it was past 17.00 in the afternoon.
Your engineer (Mr. Zilius) arrived around 18.30 from memory, and was very polite and courteous. He established the problem immediately and set about resolving in an efficient manner. He was able to give generic advice on the state of the drains and confirmed that rather than something more serious, the blockage was most likely due to the property not being used on a daily basis for several years prior to our recent purchase.
He ensured we were happy with his work and left the site clean and tidy before leaving. Throughout the appointment, Mr Zilius was happy to answer questions and provide information on what he was doing and why. I believe he is a credit to your company and a welcome change from many of the trades we have experienced in recent weeks whilst undertaking work on the same property.
I would not hesitate to use Lanes again on the back of the service we received from your engineer and will recommend you to others.

I thought I would provide some feedback following the attendance of one of your team to deal with a blocked sewer at my house today. Following my call to my insurance company your representative Mark called ahead to say he would be with me within the hour.
He turned up promptly, was extremely polite; explained everything that was going on and promptly sorted the problem out. No fuss, no bother and efficient; what more could you ask for what, let’s be frank, is not the nicest of tasks to go do?

'Issue resolved with a few hours'
I am emailing you to say how happy with the service I received from your company based in Kent this Saturday just gone. I phoned my home emergency insurance on Saturday after I had badly blocked drains.
Your company rang me within an hour and said that somebody would call me within the next few hours. I got another call an hour or so later to tell me the man would be with me for an hour or so. Sure enough he turned up an hour later and he cleared my drain expertly and cleaned them through. I was very happy with the response and the job the man did. He was very prompt and effecient in the job he did.
