Lisa has been in the industry for over 10 years, starting as a part-time call handler to now overseeing the high standard expected by Lanes.

The Process

From the moment the notification arrives, Lisa’s team initiates the first call within 30 minutes. This kickstarts the solution process.

Lisa explains that the first task is to establish whether the customer is vulnerable in any way. This could because of someone’s age, disability or living with a child.

To make the journey as smooth as possible, each individual claim is assigned to one advisor. This means that the team provides the claimant with one point of contact. Liaising with the operational teams, advising customers on progress and next steps.
