Happy Customer in Hampshire

There’s nothing we like more than hearing from a happy customer, so we were delighted to get an email from Andrew Harris after one of the lovely engineers from our Southampton depot had been to his Hampshire home.

Mark House was on call at the weekend when the Harris family realised that the main sewer under the conservatory was blocked and called their insurance company.

Says Andrew Harris:

“Mark rang ahead to say he would be here within the hour. He turned up promptly, was extremely polite; explained everything that was going on and promptly sorted the problem out. No fuss, no bother and efficient — what more could you ask, for what, let’s be frank, is not the nicest of tasks?

“So, a huge thank you to your company; if Mark is the standard of your staff then you are getting it right and I will certainly be recommending you to others.”

A big pat on the back to Mark, and a big ‘thank you’ to Andrew for taking the time to tell us that he was happy with our service.Obviously a happy man. In modest style, Mark, who has been with Lanes for three years, said that the blockage was ‘straightforward’ and that there were ‘no complications’, before he headed off for a night shift cleansing motorway gullies.
