‘Issue resolved with a few hours’

I am emailing you to say how happy with the service I received from your company based in Kent this Saturday just gone. I phoned my home emergency insurance on Saturday after I had badly blocked drains.

Your company rang me within an hour and said that somebody would call me within the next few hours. I got another call an hour or so later to tell me the man would be with me for an hour or so. Sure enough he turned up an hour later and he cleared my drain expertly and cleaned them through. I was very happy with the response and the job the man did. He was very prompt and efficient in the job he did.
