What our North East customers say about us
I would like to give some positive feedback for Harris Finlay, can you let his manager know that he is very good on site, works well and is very helpful and enthusiastic, I don’t want him coming back the next time with a big head! But his manager should know when he’s doing a good job.
Ken Palmer- hfc prestige
Thank you Lanes For Drains and especially Tommy for clearing our blocked drain so quickly. The call was handled professionally by a very friendly lady and the blocked drain was dealt with very efficiently by the friendly Tommy. A very efficient company indeed. Thank you.
HAPPY CUSTOMER FROM MIDDLESBROUGH
Ocean Aquarium Clean
The Blue Reef Aquarium needed to clean an algae bloom in its seal enclosure. The bloom was affecting water quality, and prevented visitors from seeing the seals. The tank was emptied, but the seals had to remain in the enclosure while the work was carried out. This was an unusual project for Lanes Group drainage engineers, but they had the right technology and expertise to do a thorough, high quality job.
FVB Joint Venture, a partnership of Farrans Construction and Victor Buyck Steel Construction, are building a new £117.5 million bridge in Sunderland called the New Wear Crossing. It has commissioned Lanes Group to be the sole provider of specialist drainage services, including CCTV drainage surveys, pipe cleaning and pipe repair. This requires Lanes teams to work closely with other contract partners in a challenging construction project which is vital to the economic success of Wearside and the wider north east region.
