Our safety practices are constantly evolving to make sure we only ever lead by example in our industry. As such, we have won Gold RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards and Thames Water Health and Safety Innovation Awards for seven and two consecutive years respectively.

Digital safety technology

Lanes Utilities is at the forefront in the UK of using digital app technology to enhance safety at work. Using our award-winning FieldViewer operational app, our wastewater engineers can carry out point of work risk assessments, conduct statutory daily and on-road vehicle checks, and report concerns and ideas to improve health and safety quickly, with no wasteful paper.
