Safety is, and always has been at the forefront of everything we do. When it comes to safety we over deliver, surpassing industry standards to deliver the best possible environment for our team to operate in.

We are never complacent, constantly innovating and reevaluating safety practices to make sure we lead by example in our industry. As such, we won our seventh consecutive Gold RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Award in 2016, and brought home the Thames Water Health and Safety Innovation award for the second year running a year prior to that.

We are both community and customer focussed, operating with professionalism and integrity in equal measure. If we say we are going todo something, we do it– prioritising performance over profit to deliver results on both time and budget. It goes without saying that our staff are comprehensively trained in health and safety.

We go even further than that, though, supporting them with step-by-step apps they can use in the field to make sure, not only that our strict standards are adhered to, but that they are documented and evidenced to further reassure you that no corners are ever being cut. We also painstakingly document job experiences and feedback on Yammer, our internal social network, encouraging engagement beyond what is expected of staff with seasonal wellbeing packs – water bottles and sun cream in summer, ice scrapers and head torches in winter.
