Lanes’ Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) contracts for TfL, London Underground (LU) and Tube Lines, currently account for some 24,000 man hours each month .
For example, maintenance to roof and gutters is an integral part of our overall planned maintenance strategy for LU. For Lanes, this means accessing and cleaning all open areas of roof and canopies on the LU managed network. For LU, it’s a proven way of reducing the potential for problems with external drainage systems.
