About Amanda: Amanda Joined Lanes Rail in September 2017. Having previously worked in the construction sector, she has been busy immersing herself in the procedures and culture of health and safety in the rail industry.

Her approach to safety is collaborative, having spent a significant amount of time working closely with front line teams as well as in partnership with clients to review and update health and safety policies, procedures, and operation guides.
