How does our trenchless sewer relining service work?
Damaged or collapsed sewers can create significant damage to communities and public health, and need to be repaired as soon as possible. However, excavating large sections of sewer is often impossible without disrupting the road networks and local businesses.
This is why we use cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sewer renovation as our default technique for the majority of sewer repairs. This method coats the inside of the pipe with a special resin that can then be cured, creating a sturdy new surface.
For smaller-scale repairs to specific isolated defects or cracks, we can also use short lengths of CIPP liner to carry out a patch or point repair. In every instance, we will carefully assess the situation and recommend the most cost-effective solution.
These techniques allow us to repair sewers from 225mm to 2,500mm in diameter without having to carry out any excavation. The average life expectancy of our lining materials are around 100 years, so you can rely on these results to last.
