Lanes helps disabled athletes charity with donation

Lanes Group is helping with the continuing development of the UK’s sportsmen and sportswomen. With the London 2012 Olympics being hailed as a huge success and the Paralympics beginning on August 29th, the UK’s largest independent drainage specialist has made a donation to a disabled athletes’ charity.

‘Dream it Believe it Achieve it’ works nationally with people with physical disabilities and supports their athletic endeavours by providing grants for training, competition and equipment needs.

The Cheshire based charity was created in order to support the GB Paralympic football team, who were unfunded in the lead up to London 2012, but now supports athletes across a variety of fields.

Michelle Ringland, Head of Marketing at Lanes Group, said: “We are proud to be supporting Dream it Believe it Achieve it, and hope that our donation goes some way in helping win another medal to add to what is already an outstanding tally for Team GB.”
