Graham returns to Lanes to head up East London depot

Lanes Group plc has appointed experienced drainage professional Graham Ross to be the new Regional Manager of its East London depot.

Graham, pictured right, with depot Operations Manager Mark Scott, is returning to Lanes, as he had worked as a jet vac engineer for the Lanes Sevenoaks depot, in Kent, during 2008 and 2009.

In his most recent role, before re-joining the Lanes family, he was an area manager for another drainage contractor.

Lanes South East Regional Manager Paul Monck said: “Graham brings to Lanes a wealth of drainage management experience and, just as importantly, an excellent approach to delivering first class customer service.

“He will play a key role in supporting the East London depot’s growing customer base. Graham will also work with colleagues at depots in West London, Sevenoaks, St Neots, and Swaffham to offer an integrated approach to drainage service delivery across the South East of England.”

Graham said he was impressed with the growth and development of Lanes’ services in the time he has been away.

Lanes East London shares a depot with the Lanes Rail Division at Rainham, in Essex. Graham joins a growing team of drainage professionals, including long-serving Operations Manager Mark Scott, and an expanded team of Area Development Managers.

Lanes East London uses the latest specialist drainage equipment and vehicles, including advanced recycler jet vac tankers. Services include CCTV drainage surveying, highway drainage cleaning, culvert cleaning, and sewer rehabilitation and lining.
